​​​​Denise Phillip-Guadalupe

Certified Benefits Counselor


Denise S. Phillip joined Full Circle Employment Solutions as a Certified Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) for the Work Incentives Planning & Assistance (WIPA) Program. Her mission is to encourage financial independence, motivate beneficiaries in their return to work and help them plan for the future. For at least 7 years she engaged in volunteer work with the deaf community. She uses her English, Spanish and Sign Language skills to assist beneficiaries and their families with work incentives. She received a BA in Business Administration, and is certified as a Community Work Incentives Coordinator through the Social Security Administration. 


​​​Mabel Munoz

Certified Benefits Counselor

Mabel Munoz has been serving her community for many years helping individuals with disabilities in accomplishing employment goals. Her experience in crisis counseling and employment centered case management has enriched her abilities and skills. She is currently employed at Full Circle Employment Solutions as a Certified Benefits Counselor where she continues her close collaboration with communities and individuals with disabilities. She has an AA in Psychology and is also Certified as a Community Work Incentives Coordination. Mabel is proficient in writing and speaking English as well as Spanish. 


Ruchi Edwards

Certified Benefits Counselor


Ruchi Edwards has 7 years’ experience providing benefits and work incentives counseling to individuals with disabilities. Previously, Ruchi has worked as a community partner for a non-profit mental health organization in Maryland. Recently, she served on a Work Incentive Planning and Assistance contract through Social Security Administration in Ohio. She has a BS in Accounting. She has held a certification as a Maryland Benefits Counselor through Maryland Department of Disabilities. She is a Certified Community Work Incentive Coordinator through Social Security Administration.

Daphne Young

Certified Benefits Counselor


Daphne Young has 20+ years of experience working with people with disabilities. Her experience includes assisting people with disabilities obtain/maintain employment, Social Security benefits, medical and mental health care, and advocacy services.   She has worked on several different Social Security projects throughout her career, most recently as a CWIC for a larger organization in Michigan. She joined Full Circle’s team in August 2015 as a Certified Benefits Counselor.  She has a BS in Sociology and is certified as a Community Work Incentives Coordinator through the Social Security Administration.

Certified Benefits Counselor


Nicole Fear joined the Full Circle Employment Solutions Team as a CWIC for the Work Incentives Planning & Assistance (WIPA) Program. She has extensive experience working on Social Security Administration projects and partnering with Employment Networks. She believes all people deserve the right to feel and be self-sufficient with their lives. She enjoys assisting beneficiaries in understanding benefits and navigating the resources and opportunities available to them. She received a BA in Sociology and History and is a certified CWIC, WIC and EWIC.

Administrative Assistant


Anne VanderWeele has been working with individuals and communities to reduce barriers to self-reliance for over 20 years.  She has experience in human services case management, public systems reform, and employment readiness for social work students.  She is currently employed at Full Circle Employment Solutions as a Administrative Assistant where she continues collaborating with individuals, families, and public systems to enable increased self-reliance.  She has an A.M. in Social Work and Social Policy.

Certified Benefits Counselor


Tammy Clough has over 30 years of experience working with persons with disabilities, with specializing in working with transitioning youth. She is certified as a Parent Support Partner and is a parent with a child with a disability.  She loves working with individuals to encourage them to obtain a better life, through success in reaching goals of independence from public benefits. She has worked for a number of non-profit organizations in Maryland and retired from the Division of Rehabilitation Services with 31 years. She just recieved her certification as a Community Work Incentives Counselor through the Social Security Administration.

Certified Benefits Counselor


Valerie Southward is a Certified Work Incentives Coordinator with over 11 years of experience in working with individuals in workforce development and career planning.  Valerie Graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S. Degree in Sociology and CWIC Certified through VCU.  In her career as a Work Incentives Coordinator, she has worked with clients through Virginia Commonwealth University Employment Success Program, Ohio Center for Vocational Alternatives, MS Vocational Rehabilitation Services and placed individuals into the workforce with the Department of Employment Security in her tenure.  In providing Work Incentives Planning and Assistance, the rewards are endless in helping others explore their career opportunities. 

Edie Hoover

Certified Benefits Counselor


Edie Hoover has experience providing benefit support for individuals with intellectual disabilities in her community. She has served as an organizational representative payee for many beneficiaries monitoring their accounts. She has experience in HUD guidelines and residential coordination.    While assisting beneficiaries in maintaining their benefits she has become a believer in the importance of financial independence for individuals with disabilities.  Her goal is to assist individuals and their families in understanding the work incentives Social Security provides while encouraging employment.  She has been trained through VCU as a Community Work Incentive Coordinator.  

Adrian Wicker

Ticket to Work Program Director


Adrian Wicker has 9 years of experience working in the behavioral health field, 3 of which were spent doing benefits counseling. She enjoys teasing out complicated benefits issues to help beneficiaries better understand the role that benefits can play in assisting them to achieve their long term career and education goals. Ms. Wicker has a B.A. in psychology and is fully certified as a Community Work Incentives Coordinator through the Social Security Administration, a Maryland Benefits Counselor through the Maryland Dept of Disabilities, and has her certification in SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery.  

We are a woman-owned business based in Maryland with employees located across the country. We serve Social Security beneficiaries, families, organizations, state and local governments in several states across the country. 


​​Cathy Lowery

Certified Benefits Counselor


Cathy Lowery has over 7 years of experience assisting adults and transitioning youth with disabilities by reducing barriers and gaining employment in Maryland. This includes individuals with mental illness, traumatic brain injury, developmental disabilities, autism and criminal backgrounds. She has extensive experience in case management and job development. Cathy has worked with a non-profit in Frederick, Maryland, DORS and DDA. She received the Distinguished Service Award from The Maryland Rehabilitation Association in 2012. Cathy is certified as a Maryland Benefits Counselor through the Maryland Department of Disabilities and as a CWIC through the Social Security Administration.

Sarah Stiemsma

PROMISE Program Director


Sarah Stiemsma has over 20 years of experience working with persons with disabilities. She has experience working with adults with traumatic brain injuries, adults in group homes for physical and emotional disabilities, and providing family counseling for children with autism and learning disabilities. She has a B.A. in Business, Spanish, and Psychology and is certified as a Community Work Incentives Coordinator through the Social Security Administration.



Kimberly Pierce

WIPA Program Director


Kimberly Pierce has 20+ years of experience working with persons with disabilities, with specialization in Traumatic Brian Injury, Transitional Youth, Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Supportive Employment. Ms. Pierce has worked as an Employment Success Adviser for Virginia Commonwealth University; Project Manager and Rehabilitation Counselor for the Delaware Division of Vocational Rehabilitation; and is currently working as a Certified Benefits Counselor for Full Circle Employment Solutions. Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology/Social Work and is a certified CWIC through the Social Security Administration.


Karyn Stenzler

COO/Certified Benefits Counselor


Karyn Stenzler joined Full Circle Employment Solutions LLC in September 2011. She has worked with individuals with disabilities for over 19 years, and the last 11 years in the Washington, DC area. Ms. Stenzler educates beneficiaries, families and support team members about Social Security work incentives and encourages financial independence. She trains on multiple social security topics. Ms. Stenzler has a B.S. in Psychology and was certified as a Community Work Incentive Coordinator through the Social Security Administration in 2009.

Amy Wallish

CEO/Certified Benefits Counselor


Amy Wallish is an innovative training professional passionate about encouraging individuals with disabilities gain financial self-sufficiency through employment. Ms. Wallish has over 19 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. She is founder/CEO of Full Circle Employment Solutions LLC which is a leading provider of benefits counseling and employment services for people with disabilities. She has trained across the country on Social Security benefits and asset development. Ms. Wallish has a B.A. in Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration and is trained through Social Security Administration as a Community Work Incentive Coordinator.
